SUE DOVE
Sue Dove is well known for her wonderfully exuberant textile art and alternative dolls.
She began as a tapestry weaver and now works a lot with stitch, both hand and machine, making everything from large wall hangings to brooches.

In April 2004 Sue brought out a book about her work which is inspiring even if you don't stitch much yourself. It is very reasonably priced at £12.99 and can be ordered from her.
 Sue runs the very successful Fine Art Textiles HND course at Cornwall College, Camborne as well as running feltmaking workshops from time to time.
